GNS Multi-use PU Foam

 

1. GNS MULTI-USE PU FOAM A11 is a one-component, ready to use multi-purpose Polyurethane Foam. It is fitted with a plastic adapter head for use with a foam application gun or plastic applicator. The foam will expand and cure by moisture in the air. It is used for a wide range of building applications. It is very good for filling and sealing with excellent mounting capacities, high thermal and acoustical insulation.
   
   PRODUCT FEATURES
2. Good adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);
3. Very good filling capacities;
4. Application temperature is between + 5ºC to +35ºC;
5. Optimal application temperature is between +18ºC to +30ºC;
6. It contains CFC-free propellants which are harmless to the ozone layer.
7. APPLICATIONS AREAS
8. Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames;
9. Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities;
10. Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction;
11. Bonding and mounting;
12. Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes;
13. Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation;
14. Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake-proof and anti-pressure.
15. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
16. Shake the aerosol can for at least 40 seconds;
17. Clean and moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to application;
18. Fit the gun or plastic applicator on the adapter.
19. Firmly screw the can on the adapter and turn the flow adjustment screw; Fill the holes and cavities.
20. Bottom up during application; Foam will be tack-free in about 10 minutes; Excess can be trimmed in about one hour;
21. Fresh foam can be removed by using GNS Foam cleaner . Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
22. STOREAGE AND SHELF LIFE
23. 12 months in unopened packing store in temperature between +5ºC to +25ºC, Keep in cool, shade and well ventilated area. Always keep the can with the valve pointed upwards.
