INSULATING GLASS SEALANT

GNS S5200 Insulating Sealant is a two parts, neutral cure, specially for use as a secondary sealant in a dual-sealed insulating glass unit. It has excellent adhesion to glass and metal substrates, such as galvanized steel and aluminum.


PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Outstanding adhesion to a wide range of substrates including coated and reflective glass, aluminum and steel spacers and a variety of plastics.
2. Excellent temperature stability -50ºC to +150ºC.
3. High level of mechanical properties, high modulus.
4. Fast curing time.
5. Outstanding resistant to ozone and ultra-violet (UV) radiation.
6. Stable viscosity for A & B components, no heating

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To obtain ultimate physical properties, should be thoroughly mixed using and airless mixing system. The mix ratio is 10:1 by volume, 13:1 by weight (at 50% RH at 25ºC).
