GNS Tianjin factory T66 PU Adhesive Foam with special nozzle for EPS&XPS bonding is a one-component, self-expanding, ready-to-use, adhesive foam designed to fix EPS and XPS boards to facade walls, roof and foundations during the external thermal insulation of buildings. The adhesive is compatible with all exteranl thermal insulation systuems available on the market used with foamed polystyrene especially.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of surfaces such as UPVC, masonry, brick, block work, glass, steel, aluminum, timber and other substrates (except PP, PE and Teflon);
- one can replaces 25KG of powder adhesive for bonding insulation boards to facades, foundations, roofs
- Very good filling capacities;High Bonding strength;
- Application temperature between +5ºC to +35ºC;
- Optimal application temperature between +18ºC to +30ºC;
- Environmentally friendly. CFC free.
