Epoxy Marble Stone Glue AB Glue Weld Epoxy Structural Adhesive
GNS Stone Epoxy Adhesive is a two-component epoxy adhesive for bonding ceramic and natural stone slabs to vertical surfaces for indoor or outdoor applications, and will not deteriorate over time. It can be used to bond directly to the wall substrate and maintains its non-sag consistency. It has good weathering, ageing resistant, and strong structural adhesion ability.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Easy to use, 1:1 mixing ratio by volume
2. Durable permanent bond, will not deteriorate over time
3. Structural bonding ability for all kind of stone, metal, ceramic etc
4. Strong impact resistance and Strong compressive strength
5. Prevent dewing excellence
6. High impact toughness and good flexibility
7. Good weathering resistance and ageing resistant
8. Non-sag consistency
APPLICATIONS AREAS
1. Bonding ceramic and natural stone slabs to vertical surfaces for indoor or outdoor
2. Excellent for bonding stone & tiles to all masonry surfaces including cement sheet, cement render, plasterboard, timber.
3. It can be used to bond directly to the wall substrate and maintains its non-sag consistency
4. Perfect for all interior cladding of tile, stone and porcelain veneers
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. The surfaces must be clean and free from dust and grease
2. Mix parts A and part B with 1:1 ratio by volume, until uniform in color
3. Apply the mixture evenly distributed on back of the stone or tile
(Adhesive must cover at least 1.05% area of stone, thickness minimum of 3mm)
4. Keep the assembled parts from moving during cure
