STRUCTURAL SEALANT
GNS S2200 Structural Sealant is two parts, room temperature neutral cure silicone sealant. It has high performance specifications making it suitable for secondary seal insulating glazing.
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Structural capability.
- Outstanding adhesion to a wide range of substrates including coated and reflective glass, aluminum and steel spacers and a variety of plastics.
- The cured product exhibits excellent weathering characteristics and a high resistance to ultra-violet (UV) radiation heat and humidity.
- High level of mechanical properties, high modulus. Odorless and non-corrosive cure.
- Outstanding resistant to ozone and ultra-violet (UV) radiation
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
To obtain ultimate physical properties, should be thoroughly mixed using and airless mixing system. The mix ratio is 10:1 by volume, 13:1 by weight (at 50% RH at 25ºC).
