APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS OF AUTOMOBILE PU SEALAN
*Remove dust, oil and water from the surface of substrates.
*Tack free time and curing speed of polyurethane sealant influenced by environment temperature and humidity. Environment temperature and humidity was lower, the curing speed is slower. Environment temperature and humidity is higher, Tack free time is faster. Construction environment temperature 5~35 ºC, humidity 50~70%RH. When the temperature is lower 5ºC, the product is recommended to be placed in an environment of 30~40ºCfor 1H(Heating time is no more than 3H).
* Pierce the tip of the cartridge, and twist the cut nozzle, remove the bottom lid.
*Extrude the sealant into the joint with a suitable gun, scrape it Smoothly.
STOREAGE AND SHELF LIFE OF AUTOMOBILE PU SEALAN
9 months from manufacturing date when store in cool dry locations below 25ºC.
Keep away from heat source and direct sunlight during storage.
